ZGOP owns a maintenance workshop with 15 tracks, totaling 2,810 meters in length, and a depot covering an area of 4,000 square meters.

Additionally, there is a facility for vehicle, machinery, and equipment painting, a facility for washing railway vehicles, as well as several garages and warehouses.
